Step 1: Check the spam folder in your inbox to see if your login credentials went to spam.
Step 2: Check that your payment was fully processed and your order successfully went through. You can do this by checking the invoice that was automatically emailed to you or by checking your bank statement.
Step 3: If Step 1 and 2 were unsuccessful for you, please open a support ticket with us if you haven't done so already at support@epicinvested.com and we will be happy to assist you.
